It has been decided to entrust Annual Maintenance of cleaning of Overhead water tanks, Underground water tanks, Sumpwell water tanks and Cement / Sintex total 81 Nos. of water tanks installed in FTII premises for Annual Cleaning and Maintenance purpose for a period of one year from 1.12.2011 to 30.11.2012 for the year 2011-12.

You are, therefore, requested to kindly inspect all the water tanks of LOT - I, & LOT - II, as per the detailed format attached with this letter. Your quotation in a sealed envelop addressed to the Estate Manager, FTII, Pune - 411004 should reached till 10th November, 2011 by 5.00 p.m to the Central Registry, FTII, Pune - 4. The quotations received after 10th November, 2011 will not be entertained.
