1) Annual Maintenance Contract of Generator Set Model SGL-C-50DSP, Cummins Make ( Two Nos. ) as per the enclosed Terms and conditions.
  1. To inspect and carry out checks on engine, alternator and control panel as per the check sheet during each visit.

  2. To attend emergency/breakdown calls on priority and workable solutions, whenever feasible, Such as contractor must provide substitute engine in emergency.

  3. To adhere to safe working practice and take utmost care not to harm material and men around the equipments if contractor is found failure at his part then he has to pay for the damages.

  4. To carryout major and minor break down of D.G. set including its panels and its accessories.

  5. To carryout preventive maintenance work such as routine servicing and general checking and getting of the engine in tune condition so that we should get maximum efficiency of the engine.

  6. To supply and fix the genuine spare parts of the D.G. set as and when required.

  7. To attain the break down of the D.G. set of different location of our students shootings or projects at any time.

  8. To plan and carry out visits as per mutually agreed schedule.
