TENDER NOTICE

The Film and Television Institute of India, Pune, an autonomous institution of the Ministry of Information & Broadcasting, Govt. of India, invites sealed tenders from the reputed and qualified firms for the purchase of one number of Internet Leased Line with 30 / 45 Mbps (1:1) Bandwidth with Fiber Connectivity, Ring Network, Output on the form of RJ-45 ethernet, 99.5 + % uptime, minimum 8 static IP’s, at FTII Server room.

The prescribed Tender Documents can be collected from the Purchase Officer, Film and Television Institute of India, Law College Road, Pune 411 004 on a payment of Rs. 500/- (Rupees Five Hundred) only in the form of Demand Draft drawn on any nationalized bank payable at Pune favoring “The Accounts Officer, Film and Television Institute of India, Pune”, during office hours from 04/02/2011 to 24/02/2011. The tender documents with details and terms & conditions of the Film and Television Institute of India are available in the ‘Tender’ Section. Prospective bidders for the tender can also download the document and submit the tender along with a non-refundable tender document fee of Rs. 500/- (Rupees Five Hundred) only in the form of Demand Draft drawn on any nationalized bank payable at Pune favoring ”The Accounts Officer, Film and Television Institute of India, Pune”.

Tender forms duly filled in all respect as mentioned in the tender document should reach in this office on or before 25/02/2011 by 12.00 noon addressed to the Purchase Officer, Film and Television Institute of India, Law College Road, Pune 411 004. Tenders will be opened on 25/02/2011 at 3.00 p.m, Commercial bid and Technical bid should be submitted in separate sealed covers only, otherwise it will not be considered.

The Institute reserves the right to accept or reject any or all part of Tender without assigning any reason thereof.
