AMC will be awarded as per the following terms and conditions..

| 1. | Quarterly payment will be made after satisfactory report from User Department. |
| 2. | Contract period one year from the date of Agreement. |
| 3. | Preventive Maintenance call : as and when required by the client. |
| 4. | Spares required for repairing : Institute reserves rights to get the spares from outside, if rates are not found competitive. |
| 5. | No Extra Charges will be paid by the Institute. |
| 6. | In case of major failure where system can be down for more than a week time service provider shall make arrangement for stand by system. |
| 7. | There will not be any ceiling to the number of calls per day and the service escalation time should not exceed 24 hours. |
The rates to be quoted should be inclusive of all taxes
